Refund & Return Policy

At Sareetag, we are devoted to offering high-quality products at reasonable prices while ensuring top-notch customer service. Our customers are our priority, and we are committed to addressing your needs with care and attention. If you find it necessary to return a product, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and transparent return process:

Return Guidelines:

  1. Eligible Products: Returns are only accepted for unstitched items. Stitched garments, such as Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees, or Sarees with custom blouses, are not eligible for returns.
  2. Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value. This fee covers PayPal charges and processing costs.
  3. Refund Limitations: Refunds are limited to the actual value of the purchased item. For unstitched products, we will refund 70% of the purchase price, with the remaining 30% covering processing fees, payment gateway charges, and other operational costs.
  4. Exclusions: Refunds will not include customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees. If your order was eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning both unstitched and stitched items. Sareetag does not bear any return shipping charges.
  6. Custom Orders: Refunds are not applicable to custom-made or stitched garments, including ready-stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses.
  7. Damage Reporting: Any issues such as damage or stains must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item. We may ask for digital photographs to assess the damage before issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to our facility and may take 4 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
  8. Order Cancellations: After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled. Should you cancel after this time, a 30% fee will apply for bank and payment processing. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Any canceled order refunds will be issued as Sareetag store credit or coupons.

Color and Description Variations:
While we make every effort to present accurate colors and product details, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Please keep this in mind when placing your order online.

Embellishment Details:
Items with embellishments like beads or sequins may experience some shedding during transit or wear. Although we pack our items securely, this can occasionally happen and is a natural occurrence that does not affect the overall quality of the product.
