Delivery Locations: We deliver to postal addresses worldwide. However, please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, we require a full street address with a pin code/zip code for delivery.

- Residential shipments to certain countries, including the USA, may be left at the door if no one is available to receive the package. Our courier partners do not provide sign confirmation of delivery in such cases.
- Deliveries are typically made during normal working hours of courier companies, which may vary by country.
- Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Calculating Shipping Cost:
- Shipping costs are not included in the item prices and are based on weight and destination.
- We offer fair and transparent shipping rates, with reduced costs for additional items.
- Shipping rates are weight-based, and the weight of each product is rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Free Shipping:
- We provide free shipping to any address in India.
- For international orders, shipping rates vary based on the size of the order.
Transit Times:
- We ship all orders via fastest possible air courier services such as USPS, DHL, TNT, DTDC, and SpeedPost.
- Orders are typically delivered within 48-72 hours across the USA, Europe, and major cities in the Middle and Far East.
- Alternate shipping options are available upon request, including cheaper and slower options.
Transit Risk:
- Sareetag.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after it is left at the customer’s address by the courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking Details:
- Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once the items are handed over to the courier.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Address Change Requests:
- Address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@sareetag.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Any penalties incurred due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
- In the event of reshipment due to incorrect addresses, customers are responsible for re-shipping charges.
Packing Method:
- All products are polythene packed and placed in corrugated boxes for secure shipping.
Time to Ship:
- The time to ship for each item is indicated on the product page and may vary based on availability and other factors.
Delays:
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays in delivery.
VAT & Custom Duties:
- VAT, custom taxes, and import duties are not included in our ordering process and must be paid directly by the buyer. International customers are responsible for these fees.
Billing and Shipping Address:
- Billing address is where the customer receives bills from the credit card company, while the shipping address is where the customer wants to receive the shipment.
Lost in Transit:
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing or reshipping the order.
